Salve. Vorrei avere un chiarimento.
Ho prenotato un volo Bruxelles (Zaventem) – Brindisi con la compagnia Jetairfly.
Non mi e’ chiaro se, oltre al bagaglio a mano, posso portare con me anche una piccola borsa (es. con Ryanair e’ possibile portare una borsa delle dimensioni massime di 35x20x20 cm).
Ho dato uno sguardo sul sito, ma non riesco a trovare informazioni in merito.

The baggage transported free of charge is limited to the weight indicated on the (master)ticket. Extra baggage will be charged by the air carrier upon check-in. The weight of a travelling case is limited to 32 kg. The maximum baggage dimensions are 80 x 60 x 25cm, but the total dimensions may never exceed 158cm.
When travelling with Jetairfly each paying passenger is allowed to take 15 kg of baggage on short and medium haul flights, 20 kg on long haul flights (Premium Club: 30 kg)*.
Infants less than 2 years : 15 kg of baggage on short and medium haul flights, 20 kg on long haul flights*
* Long-haul flights : Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico and USA.
The baggage transported free of charge may consist of one or more suitcases.
Please keep in mind that a piece of baggage may weigh maximum 32 kg.
Extra baggage beyond the normal allowed baggage can be reserved in advance (until 2 days before departure) on Jetairfly (JAF) and Freebird (FHY) flights for a fixed price per way and a certain number of kilos. We refer you to the question ‘Am I allowed to take excess baggage on the flight?’ further in this section.
Each passenger over the age of 2 years old is allowed to carry 1 piece of hand baggage up to 10 kg. The maximum dimensions of the hand baggage are 55 x 40 x 20cm, but the total dimensions may never exceed 115cm. On account of the limited space available, it is possible that not all large hand-baggage items (55 x 40 x 20cm) can be transported in the cabin; the remaining items will be transported free of charge in the hold. Hand baggage exceeding these dimensions and/or this weight will be refused at the boarding gate. Sometimes the exceeding amount of hand baggage can be transported in the baggage compartment, upon payment of a supplement.

nell’ultimo periodo c’è la risposta al quesito. Un solo bagaglio a mano delle dimensioni previste (55 x 40 x 20cm). Peso massimo 10 Kg.
Bagagli a mano eccedenti dimensione o pesi verranno rifiutati. Non è possibile avere più di un bagaglio a mano, come permette oggi Ryanair. Ma quello vale solo per Ryanair e non altre.

Salve,
sto provando a fare il check-in online con Jetairfly (volo Bruxelles Zaventem-Brindisi del 5 agosto). Chi mi sa dire cosa devo inserire nella casella “Booking Reference”? Ho provato ad inserire reservation number, reservation number e cognome, ecc. ma mi viene dato sempre errore (“Some fields require your attention” oppure “Your flight could not be found”)?
Help me, please!!!

Nelle regole del check-in online di Jetairfly e’ scritto che l’operazione si può’ fare da 30 ore ad un ora prima della partenza del volo. Il perché non appaia nulla e’ ragione del fatto che lo stai facendo troppo presto.

devi inserire la composizione di lettere e numeri che ti identifica come insiemi di volo/i che hai prenotato (es. 5BC72J).

Mi dispiace ma non trovo proprio questa composizione di lettere e numeri di cui mi parla.. Ho solo il reservation number ed il codice del volo (JAF3617)…
