Information to the current flight operations

For operational reasons airberlin has had to cancel some flights today. We very much regret the inconvenience caused to our passengers. airberlin will offer those affected by a flight cancellation the best possible alternative travel arrangements.

Compensation claims can be made subsequently at airberlin.com/complaint

. airberlin will abide by the provisions of the EU’s Flight Delay Compensation Regulation and will accept any valid claims from its passengers.

Passengers who are affected by a flight cancellation are asked not to travel to the airport, if possible, and to use airberlin’s service hotline. The airberlin service hotline is available 24 hours a day: + 49 (0)180 6 334 334 (German landline: EUR 0.20 per call / German mobile network: max. EUR 0.60 per call).

Passengers who have booked through a travel agency are asked to contact the agency.

airberlin apologises sincerely for the inconvenience caused, and will try to minimise this as much as possible for its passengers.
