Wizz Air, la compagnia aerea più verde d’Europa*, e la più grande Low cost in Europa Centrale e Orientale, ha annunciato oggi che a causa della flessione nella domanda sulle sue rotte italiane causate dall’epidemia del virus Covid-19, ha rivisto la sua programmazione voli portando ad importanti cancellazioni, su specifiche rotte verso il Nord Italia tra l’11 marzo e il 2 aprile 2020, durante questo periodo circa il 60% della capacità totale italiana è stata tagliata. La programmazione resta invariata dopo il 2 aprile 2020.
I passeggeri con prenotazioni che rientrano in questo cambiamento di programmazione sono automaticamente informati e sistemati su rotte alternative, il prima possibile ma almeno 14 giorni prima della data originale del volo. I clienti che hanno prenotato direttamente su Wizzair.com o sull’app della compagnia riceveranno una notifica via mail, nella quale gli verrà offerta una riprenotazione gratuita o un pieno rimborso o il 120% di rimborso della tariffa originale in crediti della compagnia.
